A Canvas Painted by the Night

This print commands attention and pulls your eyes to the dancing auroras. A glowing tent sits at the water, the soft light spilling out, making it feel like you’ve just stepped outside for a better look at the sky.

Behind the tent, the shoreline curves away, guiding your eyes toward the bands of color overhead. The water catches hints of blues, greens, and magentas, so the scene feels wrapped in light, while the dark treeline maintains balance.

In keeping with tradition, there’s a small heart tucked into the sky, formed by stars. It’s a subtle nod to the affection we carry for the outdoors and the memories made under skies like these.

When the Sky Comes Alive

Beneath the Stars is inspired by the sky’s most captivating show: the aurora borealis. Born from charged particles colliding with Earth’s atmosphere, auroras turn an ordinary night into a moving canvas, with ribbons of color that drift, shimmer, and rearrange themselves before your eyes. In this year’s print, those shifting colors dance across the canvas, creating a dreamlike palette.

Auroras are both scientific and surreal. They don’t follow a neat pattern. Instead, they appear suddenly and leave behind the sense that you’ve witnessed something rare. There’s a quiet drama to them, a reminder that the sky is constantly in motion.

We’ve been lucky enough to see our fair share of aurora borealis here in Montana, and this year’s print is a little homage to our Big Sky Country.
